This session with me begins with a warm cup of Ceremonial Grade Cacao to set our intentions and open up our heart space. It ground us to the present moment and fills us up with love. It's also packed with nutrients and antioxidants.

Ceremonial Cacao puts us on blissful state.
​
While you're sitting comfortably I'll begin my guided meditation while you enjoy your cup of sacred cacao. Following I'll invite you to pick an oracle card. Oracle cards are wisdom cards from your guides. I'll read this to you while you finish your warm cup of Cacao.

Once you're ready. I'll have you lay down in my cozy facial bed for the energy healing portion.
